At Meraki Candles NYC, we prepare and ship your order with care and intention.
Processing: All our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during the holidays.
While we do our best to meet expected delivery times, we’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Transit Time: Transit time to most locations in the US is 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations, and other U.S. territories.
